WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, Cash and Certified Cashier's Checks.

ARE YOUR UNITS CLEAN?

YES! This is where we TRULY SHINE. This is literally our cleaning process:
1.) We clean out equipment as soon as they are returned to our warehouse.
2.) We Deep Clean and Sanitize all our equipment once every week. (Very long day....lol)
3.) We provide one last Sanitizing Cleaning at time of delivery so that every client can rest assure that they are truly getting a CLEAN rental equipment.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT FEE?

Yes. We do charge a 50% deposit fee to reserve all our equipment. Remaining balance is due upon delivery.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We will always try our best to accommodate our clients however, it is recommended to reserve your order with at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we will have your items in stock for your special event.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY?

Yes! We offer delivery, set-up, and take down at a minimal fee. We want to make sure you do not have to worry about working the day of your event. Leave all the hard work to J&R Event Rentals and just focus on having fun!

DO YOU HAVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

ABSOLUTELY! We want to give thanks to all Active and Retired Military members for their service to our country. J&R Event Rentals will honor a 5% discount to all of our rental equipment with a minimum rental order of $2000.
